Paramedics do nothing; it isn’t their job. The morgue does all that stuff.

At the morgue, they get their blood drained and injected with imbalming fluid (a mixture of formaldehyde, methanol, ethanol and other solvents.)

The paramedics do nothing. Not even the coroner does that. Once a funeral home is picked by the family, the body is transported there where they prepare it for the funeral. The family provides the clothes and shoes for their loved one. I know, I bought the dress my mom was buried in.

A paramedic is a person who is trained to give emergency medical treatment or to assist physicians in providing medical care. They have nothing to do with funeral preparation. You are thinking of a mortician. That is the person whose business is to arrange for the burial or cremation of the dead and assist at the funeral rites and who is usually an embalmer (keeps them from stinking up the funeral!). You can find all the fun details at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Undertaker

If a paramedic does that, it means it was there fault the person died and they’re covering it up.
