When /where did the part around 4:00 take place? I was wondering if it was at the second Cabildo Abierto on Aug 22, 1951 at the Ave 9 de Julio where she said she needed time to decide on her candidacy or if it was Sep 28, 1951 at the Plaza de Mayo when Peron talked nicely of her and she fell into his arms crying? Anyone know?
