@eliownsyou the first part yes was rehearsed but NOT the second time around. that was done on the spot. He was trying to get her to lose it and most everyone else would have…they are just brilliant.

I could watch the out takes and the Q&A’s all the time! I think they must have had the longest lay overs for a live audience in Television City history! They said that one of the longest laughs was the Gone With The Wind spoof with Carol and Harvey, Carol with the drapes. There was also an episode with Tim sitting on the huge door knob. Can anyone give me a suggestion on what collection to look for, I would love to have these on DVD!

This was a special on ABC around ’87 with these 2 and Carl Reiner….BUT THERE WAS MORE! This skit continued. They end up back on the couch with more of Robin’s improv and Carol’s responses, all brilliant. I think they sing “Everything’s Coming Up Roses”…
